Individualized training program including:
Running - detailed plan focused on maintaining fitness throughout pregnancy
Strength Training - trimester-specific workouts focused on improving the function of the pelvic floor, strengthening the core and lower body, and managing pregnancy symptoms
Cross-Training - challenge your body in new ways while reducing your risk of running-related injury
Training program is highly flexible and designed to work within your time and equipment constraints
Ongoing adjustments to training plan based on symptoms and energy level
Unlimited email and text communication throughout the duration of your training program
Return to Running
For postpartum women ready to get back to running
$150 for Four Weeks
Individualized training program including:
Running - return to running in a way that prioritizes healing and recovery
Strength Training - rebuild core and pelvic floor strength while working key muscle groups involved in running
Cross-Training - plan incorporates any other activities that you enjoy (biking, swimming, walking, yoga, pilates, etc.)
Evaluation of return-to-run readiness
Training program is highly flexible and designed to work within your time and equipment constraints
Ongoing adjustments to training plan based on symptoms and energy level
Unlimited email and text communication throughout the duration of your training program
Maternal Miles
For busy moms who prioritize fitness
$150 for Four Weeks
Individualized training program including:
Running - detailed plan focused on achieving your goals while working within your time constraints
Strength Training - build strength and improve mobility to makeyour workouts more efficient and impactful
Cross-Training - plan incorporates any other activities that you enjoy (biking, swimming, walking, yoga, pilates, etc.)
Training program is highly flexible and designed to work within your time and equipment constraints
Ongoing adjustments to training plan as needed
