I created Simplest Sport because too many active women are told to “just listen to your body” without real guidance. Whether you’re maintaining miles during pregnancy, returning to running after birth, or finding a place for running in your busy life as a mom, you deserve more than generic advice — you deserve coaching that honors your unique physiology and goals.
With certifications in running coaching (UESCA) and pre- & postnatal fitness coaching (Girls Gone Strong), I help women:
