Hi, I’m Jill — Run Coach, Fitness Trainer, and Mom

I created Simplest Sport because too many active women are told to “just listen to your body” during pregnancy and postpartum without real guidance. Whether you’re maintaining miles during pregnancy, returning to running after birth, or finding a place for running in your busy life as a mom, you deserve more than generic advice — you deserve coaching that honors your unique physiology and goals.

With certifications in running coaching (UESCA) and pre- & postnatal fitness coaching (Girls Gone Strong), I help women:

  • Train safely during pregnancy

  • Return to running postpartum without injury

  • Prevent or manage pelvic floor symptoms

  • Build strength that supports motherhood

  • Feel powerful, capable, and connected to their bodies
